Job Title: Account Manager– Air Hygiene&Fire Dampers Locations: London, Sheffield, Nottingham, Midlands Sector: Air Hygiene&Fire Dampers Salary: £35-45,000 (OTE £70-80,000) About Us: We are a market-leading provider of air hygiene and fire damper solutions, serving a diverse range of industries across the UK. We are proud of our long-standing reputation for excellence, and we are looking to expand our team with an experienced and motivated Account Manager. Role Overview: As an Account Manager for your region, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing accounts within your territory. This isa purely relationship-driven role focused on nurturing and developing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion within our current client base. You will work closely with clients in industries ranging from commercial buildings to healthcare, education, and industrial sectors, providing them with tailored solutions in air hygiene and fire dampers. Key Responsibilities: Account Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Account Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts, cross-selling and upselling additional products and services where appropriate. Customer Support: Provide expert guidance to clients on air hygiene and fire damper solutions, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales progress, and customer feedback in CRM systems, providing regular updates to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including technical support and projectmanagement, to ensure seamless service delivery. Territory Management: Cover both Sheffield and Nottingham regions, managing your time effectively to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.Key Requirements: Proven experience in account management, ideally within the Air, Fire, building services, or a similar technical sector. Strong focus on customer retention and account development. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs. Ability to identify sales opportunities within existing accounts and work towards mutuallybeneficial solutions. Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy, regional territory. Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across the Sheffield and Nottingham regions.
