It is anticipated that your time will be split between to 2 sites, and so geographic proximity to areas such as Clapham, Wimbledon etc for commuting is preferable. Also- you will be working in an office with a dog, so you must be OK with this!  Role: As a Graduate CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, the successful candidate will play a key role in setting up, integrating, and optimising Genie AI, supporting the client's lead generation and marketing automation strategy. Tasks will include:  Data migration and integration Marketing automation and lead generation - setting up email campaigns, automated follow-ups and landing pages Team training and documentation The company is a fast-paced start-up and applicants will be wanting exposure to working in a company that offers responsibility and encourages independent thought. They are particularly interested in graduates with an interest in AI driven marking, automation tools and CRM technologies. Degree in: Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems, automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier), and data analytics.AI and Automation Enthusiasm: Interest in AI-driven marketing and workflow automation.Strong Problem-Solving & Communication Skills. Bonus: Any experience with Active Campaign, or similar automation platforms is a plus!
