General Manager, E14 London,£65k-£70k This urban oasis is part of a unique charity organisation offering accommodation, event/meeting space as well as a high end cafe. Overseeing all aspects of the operation, this is an incredible role for the right person. As the General Manager, you will be * Responsible for overseeingand managing the entire operation including accommodation, events and café * Driving standards and delivering the service in line with requirements * Managing, inspiring and motivating the team of 60 * Developing and driving the business forward by looking at up selling, increasing revenue throughevents and functions * Reporting to the Board of Trustees * Managing all aspects of finances including reports and budgets Working hours are 5/7, 40 hours per week. You as the ideal candidate would be * A strong General Manager or Operations Manager with a proven career history * Experienced in managing various aspects of hospitality ideally including catering, housekeeping and events * Commercially minded - able to drive a business forward, passionate about sales and development * A strong Operator with exceptional management skills and a passion for motivating and inspiring others * Ableto communicate at all levels with a variety of people * Genuinely passionate about customer service] * Have an empathetic nature with an open outlook Interested?
