General Manager, E14 London,£65k-£70k This urban oasis is part of a unique charity organisation offering accommodation, event/meeting space as well as a high end cafe. Overseeing all aspects of the operation, this is an incredible role for the right person. As the General Manager, you will be * Responsible for overseeingand managing the entire operation including accommodation, events and café * Driving standards and delivering the service in line with requirements * Managing, inspiring and motivating the team of 60 * Developing and driving the business forward by looking at up selling, increasing revenue throughevents and functions * Reporting to the Board of Trustees * Managing all aspects of finances including reports and budgets Working hours are 5/7, 40 hours per week.
