They're a certified B Corp, and they commit up to 20% of their time carrying out pro-bono work for charities and not-for-profit organisations.The role will see you joining their board practice team as a researcher, where you'll support consultants in the delivery of ongoing executive search and management consultancy projects by providing research support. This will include, but not limited to: Market mapping Ensuring database information is up to date and relevant Market research Competitor analysis Online candidate outreach Staying up to date with industry trends and wider business news  What do You Need?   Resilience Genuine curiosity An interest in their sectors (retail, luxury goods, consumer goods, fashion etc...)
