We are looking for a dedicated ECT DT Teacher who can deliver engaging and inspiring design and technology lessons, fostering a love for the subject in students. Responsibilities of an ECT DT Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging design and technology lessons to students of varying abilities. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.   Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's design and technology curriculum.   Maintain a safe and organised classroom. Participate in school activities and events. Utilise a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all pupils. Manage behaviour effectively in the classroom. Requirements for an ECT DT Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS with a specialism in Design&Technology. A strong understanding of the design and technology curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to inspire and motivate students. A passion for design and technology education. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong organisational skills. A commitment to professional development.
