Job Description: Job Title Deal Contingent Structurer (Legal Mergers& Acquisitions (M&A) focus) Location London Corporate Title Vice President As a Structurer in the Event Driven team, you will be engaged in evaluating Mergers& Acquisitions (M&A) deals and other major corporate transactions and structuring, pricing, risk managing, and documenting derivatives products offered to customers engaged in those transactions. The teams you will be working with are based in London, New York and Singapore and works tightly together across the three locations.
