Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to aid with their development in Tottenham, London. Responsibilities * Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring clear and efficient communication. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. * Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met. * Issue Resolution: Monitor customer feedback and proactively address issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction. * Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on customer interactions and service performance.
