They are now looking to add a Corporate Development / M&A Associate to their small In House Corporate Development team, who will work on the following: Analysis of investment opportunities for the business globally Active member of M&A team Project management of deal execution from inception through to completion Negotiation, valuation, deal structuring Portfolio management and integration They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows: - Investment bankers at the Analyst/ Junior Associate level - Private equity professionals looking to move into a corporate development role - Excellent deal sheet - Great academics - Technically excellent
