Position: Content Production Assistant Location: Farringdon, London Role: Full time, Hybrid, 3 days per week office, 2 days WFH Annual Salary:£26,000 Pro-rata Job Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Content Production Assistant to support with the quality control and management of files created for our karaoke app and youtube channel. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient file formatting, optimal digital housekeeping and accurate metadata input. Please note this is a more specific technical role within content production and does not involve creative music production, social media or marketing aspects. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Review and ensure project filesand folders are prepared to the highest standard. Conduct Formatting QA to ensure documents and files meet required formatting standards. Highlight and correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and formatting issues in the lyrics. File Management: Organise and manage files, ensuring a smooth workflow from production to final approval with external production teams. Oversee file MIDI preparation, ensuring accurate and timely setup for our external music producers. Audio File Preparation: Accurate synchronisation of audio stems and files in DAWs. Support with general Audio Sync tasks, includingmaintaining synchronisation integrity across different platforms. Provide support and troubleshooting for audio synchronisation issues, offering solutions and improvements as needed. File Delivery: Handle the delivery of various file types to our various content platforms. Content Production: Support with the production and quality control of our animated content Requirements: Attention to Detail: Ability to review and ensure accurate timestamps for words. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Technical Skills: General computer literacy and experience with music or editing software. Communication: Ability to provide clear and concise feedback, and work collaboratively with the team. Desired Qualifications: Experience in content production or composition of music. Experience with audio editing or production software preferred, specifically midi composition and editing. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional languages beyond English are welcomed. Nice To Have: Proven track record of managing and training a remote team.
