Chief Financial Officer– Private Health&Social Care London Up to£120,000 (dependent on experience) + Bonus Overview Compass Corporate Services are proud to partner with a reputable, ambitious complex care provider exclusively to recruit a Chief Financial Officer. This post will work extremely closely with the CEO and the executive board, preparing, producingand monitoring budgets within the group. You will devise and embed new finance policies whilst ensuring the effective day to day operations within the finance team whilst holding day to day responsibility for cash flow and forecasting. You will also hold registration as a Statutory Director and support the business in achieving their growth objectives. The Candidate The successful candidate will be fully qualified and offer considerable exposure to health / social care in turn understanding the nuances of the sector. You must be strategic in approach and equally capable of building relationships with external stakeholders, auditors, ICB’s&Banks. You will be a‘critical friend’ and business partner capable of professionalising the finance function whilst working collaboratively with other areas of the business. Location The provider are basedin London, the post holder will be required to have a significant presence of up to 3 days per week based in their central office. Criteria * Must have previous experience working within health / social care provider * Previous management experience of a finance team * Fully qualified accountant * Worked with circa £25 million. Interview Process This will be a 3 stage process, consisting of a informal meeting via teams to assess fit, followed by a formal face to face interview, followed by a teams meeting with other team members.
