Our prestigious client, based on the outskirts of Lincoln are looking for a Projects and Business Manager in a newly created role on a permanent basis. As Projects and Business Manager you will deal with bespoke luxury products that really make people’s dreams come true. Responsible for the process from initial quotation to completion, attention to detail and full dedication to the process are key for this role. Responsibilities for Projects and Business Manager * Be the “face of the company” when visiting high end clients on a regularbasis. * Visiting numerous sites across the east of England, from North Yorkshire to Cambridgeshire. * Proven sales ability to provide and adjust quotes at the client’s location. * Organising a team of engineers that build, fault find, problem solve, perform preventative maintenance andcarry out repairs as required. * Effective communication with customers and internal teams. * Report into and learn from the Managing Director with huge scope for future growth in the role and company. Essential Skills for Projects and Business Manager * Previous Experience in Project Management. * Full UK driving licence. * An enhanced DBS check will be carried out on the successful applicant. * Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills. * Honest, reliable, motivated, hardworking, punctual, and friendly. * Accurate, efficient, and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks. * As the “face of the company” while on site it is essential you have excellent customer skills and take pride in your personal appearance and presentation.
