Are you a friendly and dedication Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant? We are searching for experienced Teaching Assistants to work in our lovely Primary Schools within the Alfreton area. We have a variety of roles available from EYFS - Year 6 ranging from general floating TA work to SEN support for pupils with EHCPs. Please note: These are full-time roles Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 3:30. What will my responsibilities be? * Classroom Support: Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities, preparing materials, and maintaining a positive learning environment to create a fun and engaging place for pupils to grow. * Student Assistance: Provide individual or small group support to students who need help with their work, ensuring all children can engage with the curriculum effectively. * Behaviour Management: Help monitor and manage student behaviour, encouraging positive interactions and maintaining structure and routine. * Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support: Work closely with students who have special educational needs, implementing tailored strategies and supporting individual education plans (IEPs) to help them achieve their learning goals. What are the requirements? * Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is highly desirable. * Must have prior work experience with children in school or childcare settings. * Strong understanding of SEN requirements. * Strong communication, patience, and empathy. * DBS on the update service, or willing to get one.
