As a Lettings Consultant, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of properties with duties that include: * Conducting property viewings and building landlord relationships * Organising inspections, managing visits, and arranging necessary remedial work * Swiftly responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues * Exceeding landlord management expectations * Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating agreements We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn from an experienced team.
