A leading food manufacturer in Leicester is looking for experienced Maintenance Manager to join their production facility in Loughborough. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6 shift engineers and one apprentice. Reporting into the lead of engineering you will be part of this thriving and growing business. Utilising your knowledge and expertise from an engineering background to manage and development the maintenance team. You will work closely with the Engineering Head of engineering and other Operations Managers in the SLT. The company has a long history in the area, opening a new site in 2025 with significant investment going back into the business this is an excellent time to join.
