HR Business Partner.
6 month FTC (possibility to extend/made perm)
Home-Based (Travel Fully Expensed)
2 days a month in Leicester
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This home-based role offers the opportunity to lead key projects withinsuccession planning, talent/performance management and manager training.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the talent and succession planning framework, ensuring its alignment with organisational goals.
Drive the capability agenda, including redesigning the appraisal process (e.g., 9-box grids) to enhance effectiveness and clarity.
Collaborate with managers across the business to deliver training on the refreshed talent and performance tools. What to Expect:
Home-based with fully expensed travel.
Two visits per month to our Leicester office.
Occasional national travel to meet with managers and deliver training sessions. What We’re Looking For:
