The group are a nationwide established specialist mental health and learning disability provider; the service is a 19 bedded specialist mental health service for working age adults with enduring mental health needs. With unrivalled staffing ratio's as a Deputy Manager here you will be overseeing 2 nurses during the day, skilled support workers and be mentored by an exceptional service manager; a named nurse here will care for 9/10 service users and work on pretty impressive staffing ratio!
