Business Development Executive - Leicester Salary up to£38k plus uncapped commission Driving sector We are looking for a driving recruitment professional who gets excited by sales and is results driven The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Comprehensive training and development opportunities. - A supportive and diverse work environment. - The chance to make a significant impact on our growth in the Northern Region. - Opportunities for career progression within a global organisation.BDE Responsibilities - Not limited to - Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long term business, achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals - Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better - Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new partnerships - Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings. - Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources. - Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face using targets as set by Business Manager - Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity - Ensure Access CRM Sales Flow is continually updated. - Attend networking events to gain market intelligence and leads whilst promoting the Gi brand. - Sell over minimum two regions. - Look to optimise networking of client sites over the geographical region.
