They are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant to join their team in the South East. You will be covering Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, and Commercial sites carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems alongside liaising with clients providing excellent consultancy advice and support. " Will hold industry recognised qualifications e.g. City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing. " Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Will be comfortable working in a client facing role, able to produce excellent consultancy advice and support. " IT literate, able to produce reports, management plans, schematic drawings, and quotes. " Prioritising work load in line with client and company needs. The Role: " Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold -water systems. " Using information gathered from site to produce detailed risk assessment reports. " Producing detailed and site-specific schematic drawings ensuring to use them to carry out risk assessments accurately. " Amending schematic drawings when required. " Providing clients with specific legionella management plans, liaising with them and ensuring they are aware of actions that are required. " Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy and technical advice and dealing with any queries in a timely manner. " Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guideline.
