Job Title: Sub Agent Location: Leeds/Yorkshire Region: Yorkshire Start Date: 31/03/2025 Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent/Temporary/Freelance/Agency (Specify as required) Assignment End Date: (If applicable) Job Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a project based in Leeds/Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will play a criticalrole in overseeing site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Work closely with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure smooth communication. Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation. Support project planning and risk assessment processes. Ensure adherence to budget and cost control measures.Requirements: Ideally Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience in water infrastructure projects is advantageous. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
