This role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, in accordance with the relevant regulations and safety protocols. Coordinates with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and local authorities, to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Not Limited to: - Project Planning and Management. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met. - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including health and safety regulations. - Stakeholder Communication: - Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. - Act as the primary point of contact between the client, project team and subcontractors. - Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. - Resource Management. - Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
