Company - FM division (£6m T/O) of a Leeds based group of M&E companies who have a total turnover of c£100m. FM client base includes managing agents, gyms, commercial office units and FM providers. The Role - As a contact manager, you will manage a team of mobile heating, air-conditioning and electrical maintenance engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance for gyms, offices and highend residential (common areas only) clients - portfolio value is c£700k. You will price extra works, manage the engineers / clients on a daily basis and ensure service delivery standards are met. The Person - You will ideally have a mechanical or electrical background and have experience of managing a team of maintenance engineers in a commercial FM environment. Salary - c£51k 4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday +Stats + car / allowance
