Job Description: Delivery Driver Location: Leeds (Pudsey, LS28) To be successful in this job, youwill need a C1 driving license as you will be driving vehicles of 3.5 tones or over. We deliver almost anything virtually anywhere in the world at UPS. Every package that comes into our care is on a journey. What you’ll get: £14,21 per hour rising to £17.48 after 12-months Benefits ranging from a company pension scheme to corporate discount programme We have a ‘promotion from within policy’ to make sure talent gets where it deserves Full UPS brown uniform Overtime paid at a higher rate Full training Life Assurance Employee Assistance Program What you’ll do: Work 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday, plus overtime when required Collect and deliver time-sensitive packages weighing up to 70kgs Plan and prioritise your day; doing whatever it takes to deliver Carry out daily safety checks on your UPS vehicle; record hours worked and out on theroad Make sure paperwork is complete and payment processed where appropriate What you’ll need: Must hold driving license for a minimum of 2 years. C1 driving license category, with CPC qualification.
