Job Description Greet and assist students upon arrival Conduct check-ins for new customers Receive and store parcels, ensuring safe and accurate delivery Organise and distribute key fobs to residents Perform regular building walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service within industries such as student accommodation, hotels, build to rent, or retail.
