About the Role: Deliver and oversee structural engineering projects from concept to completion. Provide technical leadership, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovative design solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Lead business development efforts, preparing bids and securing new work. Develop and mentor the structural engineering team, fostering technical excellence and collaboration. What You'll Bring: Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (CEng) with an established industry profile. Extensive experience in delivering complex structural projects, including low-carbon designs. Expertise in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber designs, and foundation systems. Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and advanced 2D/3D software tools.
