The Role: As the Lead Packer you'll report to the manager and will be primarily responsible for work in a team and work well under pressure on a daily basis. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 2PM to 10PM. Please note it's temp to perm position. Duties and responsibilities: - lead and organise each packing shift to ensure production targets are met - supervise and train packers to follow operating processes - be responsible for updating the production board and handling over to the next shift - highlight any production quality or equipment issues - make sure the factory is clean and tidy at the end of each shift - work with Factory Manager on improvements projects and ideas The Candidate: The ideal candidate for this Lead Packer role will have relevant background of previous experience in the field. You'll also need experience of the ability to work calmly under pressure as well as good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
