Job Title: L&D Specialist Location: Rainham, Kent Hybrid: 3 days in office  Salary: £30,000 - £35,000    JGA are partnering with a leading financial services group seeking their next L&D specialist to oversee training design and delivery.   The successful candidate with have L&D or training experience across financial services, professional services or banking. Deliver core learning content, including induction, regulatory, soft skills, and management development. Implement the training cycle and develop Training Needs Analysis for new projects. Engage stakeholders to develop training requests and gain approvals. Create and get approval for Training Approach Documents and Design Strategies. Manage the People Development budget and coordinate knowledge transfer across locations.
