We are currently seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team and make a significant impact on the learning and development of our pupils.
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and challenge children in Year 3 to Year 6, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need for future success. You will be part of a collaborative and dedicated teaching team, and you will play a key role in the ongoing success of our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that adhere to the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and those working at greater depth.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential.
Foster a love of learning, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own progress and personal development.
Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents, ensuring that communication is clear and effective.
Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and take an active role in school events, including extracurricular activities and parent engagement.
Promote students' social, emotional, and personal development, encouraging positive behaviour and resilience.About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential).
A degree in Education or a related subject (Essential).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Desirable, but NQTs are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and a passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A proactive and positive attitude towards teaching, learning, and school life.
