Your Responsibilities: * Deliver 1st, 2nd&3rd tier technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. * Monitor and maintain clients' IT systems through our RMM to minimise disruptions and downtime. * Assist/Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients' needs. * Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery. What We Require: Desirable not essential as all levels of experience will be strongly considered. * Proven experience in IT support roles * Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Understanding of Cyber Security (Compliance&Technical levels) * Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN). * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Intune.
