Main Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive          Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of timber products such as hardwoods, softwoods, sheet materials, cladding, decking, fencing, sleepers, insulation, hardware and tools Selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers, timber merchants, builders merchants, joinery manufacturers, shopfitters, timber building manufacturers. Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email Processing orders and making cold calls with a focus on generating new business Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly Producing quotes to customers and following up to convert sale Providing excellent customer service to clients and building relationships Supportingwith general requirements for the branch and wide sales team Experience and Skills required Experience in sales of timber and timber related products A good working knowledge of timber and related products Self motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision Confident and professional telephone manner Effective communication skills A team player with a flexible approach at all times Good IT skills&PC literate Closing date is 09.02.2025   To Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on.
