Job Description
What you will do As part of our dynamic team reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting with existing customers who require additional services on their current systems and pursuing potential service contracts for various Johnson Controls offerings. Your main responsibility will be to validate leads sourced from field engineer referrals and direct customer inquiries, ensuring all details are accurate before passing them to the appropriate salesperson via our CRM system. How you will do it Conduct outbound calls to engage with existing customers. Handle inbound calls from internal departments and customers effectively. Respond promptly to inquiries received via email. Identify, qualify, and convert sales lead opportunities efficiently. Address all customer needs quickly and professionally. Log all activities and interactions in Salesforce. What we look for Required Self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve targets and meet KPIs. Proficient in lead management and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual workload. Preferred Sales background with experience in phone-based sales. Experience in managing a queue system.
