The Role: As an InfrastructureEngineer, you will provide IT support to both customers and internal users, enhancing hardware and software IT systems. Duties: Install and set up software and hardware Administer network servers and technology tools Configure accounts and workstations Oversee system performance and maintenance Diagnose and resolve issues and outages Implement security measures, backups, and firewalls Upgrade systems with the latest versions Maintain internal documentation and policies Collaborate with teams on IT project progress Assist in IT project execution Identify and fix performance problems Mentor and train future system administrators Requirements: Essential: Previously worked as a Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
