Inclusion Support Worker Location: Bolton Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm Pay:£14.65 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people.As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them engage with their education in a positive and productive manner. You will provide tailored support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis, working alongside teachers and other staffto create an inclusive and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH needs, ensuring their engagement and participation in school activities. Work closely with teachers to implement individualised learning plans. Assist with managing behaviour and promoting positivesocial interactions. Provide emotional support to students, helping them build confidence and resilience. Monitor and track student progress and well-being, providing feedback to staff and parents.Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH or other learning difficulties is preferred. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students. Strong communication skills, both with students and colleagues. Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and constructive manner. A commitment to making a positive impact on students' emotional and academic development.Why Join Us?
