Develop and implement effective strategies to promote inclusion and provide tailored support to students and their families. Maintain accurate safeguarding records using tools like CPOMS and Behaviour Watch. Inspire and collaborate with staff to uphold a culture of safety, respect, and equality. Requirements: Essential: GCSEs in English and maths (or equivalent), degree or equivalent, Safeguarding Level 3 qualification. Desirable: Evidence of ongoing professional development, first aid training. Proven experience working with young people and leading safeguarding initiatives. Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
