Troubleshoot problems with equipment as necessary, and as directed by site supervisors Complete site documentation before and after work tasks. Liaise with subcontractors during planned service maintenance. Carry out Risk Assessment ofEquipment Maintenance Task List steps and ensure they are kept valid. Update maintenance task lists. Carry out Periodic reviews of EWI/SOP to ensure documents are always current and valid. All work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and Veolia EHS rules and guidelines. Flexibility to work on equipment in all buildings. Flexibility to work around Maintenance Shutdown's. Participate in Audits of the Air Conditioning plant and follow up on action. Ensure that the CMMS system contains the most up to date information regarding equipment data, spares and maintenance man-hours. What we're looking for; Recognized trade qualification, City&Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (7189) or equivalent Experience in a similar role and good understanding of the basic fundamentals of the various utilities systems Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems Building Management Systems (Scada) Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems. Worked within a Computerised Maintenance Management Work Order system environment. Work within a documented Permit to Work System Ability to read and understand P&ID's/electrical drawings Understanding of Basic Instrumentation Troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems, related mechanical experience a distinct advantage What's next?
