We are looking for individuals who thrive on improving processes and embedding change across people, processes and technology to drive efficiencies and enhance our services. You will have strong stakeholder and change management skills aligned with an understanding of opportunities available through digital innovation. This fixed-term position is crucial to supporting the initial phase of our Digital Transformation and Innovation Programme, establishing digital foundations in our organisational culture, technology and skills. There will be a particular focus on embedding and maximising our use of the Microsoft 365 suite and supporting our organisational migration to SharePoint. Knowledge, experience and confidence as a user of these tools will be essential. You will be joining a well-established Corporate Transformation Team that operates in a hybrid working model, providing flexibility across various office locations and remote working.
