You will provide high quality social work practice, ensuring individuals have a solution focussed plan towards achieving their goals and maintaining their wellbeing.  You will work creatively with individuals, local communities and our partners, empowering them to deliver the best possible outcomes for people and to create a positive Adult Social Care culture. As a valued member of the team, you will have access to peer support, 1:1 time, supervision and ongoing training& development opportunities and to work with our partners across Social Care, Health, Housing and Voluntary Services. If you are a Student in the final year of study or have recently qualified but not completed your ASYE, you will be supported by our highly skilled, dedicated and experienced team who will help you start to build your career in Social Work.
