Closing date:24 January 2025 Building& Design Services are Hull City Councils Construction Consultancy Department providing a comprehensive range of construction services covering Operational, Commercial, Corporate, and Housing portfolios and include architecture, building and quantity surveying, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering, landscape architecture, statutory compliance, property maintenance, asset management and land surveying. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, professional, and motivated individual reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager. You will primarily be responsible for providing service support to the department including recording and actioning building repair reports, collating information, assisting Technical Assistant with the invoice process and to provide general office administration support. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good work ethic, the ability to work on their own initiative and also have some previous office/equivalent experience.
