Closing date:25 April 2025 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ICT, HMS Business Support Team, delivering a responsive and strategically driven ICT& Digital service. Specifically delivering the ICT requirements for Neighbourhoods& Housing.  The post holder will support the service area in maintaining and developing key ICT& Digital solutions. This will include a wide range of products for example, NEC Housing System, Civica CX and other solutions.  As directed by the Team Manager, HRA System Support, the candidate will provide services to support the delivery of various Neighbourhood& Housing Projects, contributing to the ongoing management of the applications necessary to support the services change programme. We are looking to appoint a creative and self-motivated individual with excellent ICT and communication skills. Excellent working knowledge and experience of NEC Housing Systems is desirable. You will have the skills to work well with colleagues at all levels and be able to manage quick responses to complex queries using technology solutions. Having a sound knowledge of ICT solutions to respond to the Social Housing Consumer Standards and Compliance is also desirable. Responsible for writing testing scripts, arranging user acceptance testing, documenting all work performed and working to recognised project management methodologies alongside project teams. Evidence of previous delivery, including benefits realisation and documentation to ensure users and colleagues can adopt and manage the solutions is essential.
