You will join an integrated multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and control to enable people to live the lives they choose to lead, whatever their age or stage of life. You will assist in the management and development of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality social work practice, to ensure staff understand and engage with adult social care values, vision and strategy. You will have a professional social work qualification registered to Social Work England and provide practice and /or professional leadership, by supporting the development of research informed practice, delivering a performance and quality assurance function, supporting staff development and contributing to strategic development in the organisation. As a valued member of the team, you will have access to peer support, 1:1 time, supervision and ongoing training& development opportunities and to work with our partners across Social Care, Health, Housing and Voluntary Services.
