Closing date:20 April 2025 Streetscene Service are seeking to appoint a suitable officer to improve the waste operations service with drive and passion. The role will undertake a variety of quality and performance monitoring activities across the waste management service. This will include advising customers on waste collection queries, recycling advice, actioning service requests, resolve service delivery problems, provide customer feedback and collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to develop long term service performance improvement. The role will require the ability to travel around the city and will often be working outside of the the office environment and will provide practical project development support to the Waste Management Team in the implementation of the Simpler Recycling National Waste Strategy.
