Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring proper setup and calibration. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to program CNC machines accordingly. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency. Load and unload materials into CNC machines and perform routine maintenance tasks. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines to minimise downtime. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area. Requirements: Proven experience as a Digital Cutting Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and precision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a timely manner. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials required. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a production environment.
