Safety Credentials: NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered IOSH status. Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing environments, with an understanding of DSEAR, PUWER, and COSHH. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change, engage teams, and deliver measurable results.
