Job Description:
Major Job Functions:
Build trusted relationships with the leadership team to drive the delivery of People Plans and business-related projects. Activities include advice/support on employment matters, recruitment, employee experience, reward, performance management, and employee development.
Lead recruitment activity for Hydraquip, from sourcing through to the issue of contracts of employment and onboarding. Assist in building talent pipelines across the organisation, leveraging skills as a‘talent broker’ to accelerate internal mobility and careers
Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, establish and manage a training plan to ensure continuous development of employees. Work with both internal and external training providers
Provide day-to-day guidance to the Administration team to ensure transactional-related HR processes are handled in a timely, legally compliant, fair, and consistent manner.
Create, develop and implement HR policies and practices for Hydraquip with responsibility for continuous updates and monitoring.
Provide regular reporting on HR metrics, including voluntary turnover, headcount, sickness absence, vacancies, training, etc. Analyse and interpret data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to foster constructive employee relations and ensure the organisation's approach to its employees is fair, respectful, and consistent.

Knowledge:
Deep employment law and employee relations knowledge.
In-depth understanding of strategic workforce planning, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals and anticipating future talent needs.
Awareness of market and industry trends to enable anticipating and responding to changes that may impact the workforce and overall business operations.
Education&Experience:
CIPD qualified (level 5 or above)
At least 5 years of significant all-round experience in a progressive HR role
Experience in recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and industry best practices
Deep experience in casework management
Design and delivery of training and/or awareness on employment matters to employees and people leaders
Experience in project management and providing HR expertise to the business on specific projects
