Job Description

We are currently recruiting a HR Administrator to join a company who are continuing to expand and strengthen their team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations. About the HR Administrator Role: * Salary is£25-£28K per annum, depending on experience * Excellent benefits package * Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm * Swindon based Duties&Responsibilities for the HR Administrator role: * Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring relevant Right to Work checks are made, offer letters and contracts are sent out etc * Manage job boards and social media platforms for recruitment purposes * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance * Liaise with other departments across the business * Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures Skills&Experience required for the HR Administrator role: * Proficient in job board / social media management for recruitment purposes * Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels * Strong administrative skills including data entry and record keeping * Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook&Word * A CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards is desirable If you would like to be considered for the HR Administrator role apply
