Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.    We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!  As a Hire Coordinator based in Luton office, you will work with a team of another 2 people, you’ll be responsible for:   Day to day management of the hire fleet and sales products which is done on a bespoke hire system Prioritising and organising despatches and collections of equipment and materials Organising and maintaining customer's repair/service database Establishing good relationships with customers and suppliers Promoting product groups including quotations and follow up, communicatingwith customers either face to face or by phone Carrying out courtesy sales telephone calls to existing customers Dealing with invoice queries The working pattern is Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm and full product training will be provided once you join.
