Company Benefits: * Company Pension Scheme * Performance Bonus * Company Van and Fuel Card About the role: The High Voltage Jointer/Fitter will install, maintain, and repair high voltage cables up to 33kV and associated electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Install, joint and terminate high voltage cables up to 33kV. * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HV cable, switchgear, transformers and associated electrical components. * Diagnose faults and carry out necessary corrective actions to restore system integrity. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices in HV installations. * Collaborate with engineers, technicians, customers and project teams to ensure seamless operations. * Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of work completed. * Work in various environments, including substations and underground cable networks. * Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies. What we are looking for: * NVQ Level 3 in Power Supply and Distribution Cabling or similar qualification within Electrical or High Voltage Jointing/Fitting. * Valid JIB CSCS Card * Certification in HV jointing from a recognized authority such as a DNO, ICP or Industry Body. * Valid Electrical Trade
