Job description of Healthcare Assistant Careland Healthcare is looking for carers to work in Care homes in Reading, Berkshire. Ideal candidates would ordinarily have experience working as a Carer for at least 6 months, you should be passionate about caring for others (trainings will be provided). You need to be a good communicator, listener, to be focused, dedicated and reliable.
