TLG is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team as we establish a new organisational and leadership structure. This role aims to achieve a step change in effectiveness by implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation, in partnership with the Executive Director. The Head of Operations will lead a team of specialists and operational leaders focused on executive support, strategy, innovation, and digital operations & transformation. They will work closely with the Executive team to operationalize vision and strategy, champion compliance, and ensure effective governance and seamless organizational cycles. We seek a leader who can engage with the big picture while valuing the details, balancing process-driven approaches with creativity. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building relationships at all levels to make an impact.
