Continuously improving site performance metrics Strategically focused on performance Fast response to line issues and unblocking barriers to performance Lead CI events through 5"S" / Kaizen / PDCA etc. Analytical ability to work through complex issues. Ability to network across the wider business to learn and improve the site performance whilst enhancing the site's reputation globally. Work closely with local agencies to learn and grow the site reputation within Ireland. Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure optimum performance and productivity. Continually review productivity goals to drive cost savings.
